Publisher's Notes

Well, our big family wedding (my niece Brooke) has come and gone and Vic and I made our last run to the airport yesterday afternoon.  What an incredible time we all had, visiting and celebrating and just enjoying being together.  I've posted a photo of  the new Mr. & Mrs. Jarod Schena below.   Miraculously, my brother in law was able to give Brooke away at the church and there wasn't a dry eye in the room when it came time for them to have thier dance.  He was extremely tired from all the excitement but it meant so much to have him there and able to participate.  It is amazing that in the midst of the crazy winter we are having here in New England, from the time that family arrived to the time they left, the weather was good.  It wasn't until last night (after the last ones flew out)  that the snowfall returned.

The centerpieces turned out nice, but we got so wrapped up in everything else that we forgot to take a photo of the centerpieces, so this is the only photo that was taken and you can't see the entire piece.    The trees are decorated with the wedding favors - glass icicles that hung from ribbon printed with: Jarod & Brooke February 14, 2009.   Everything was beautiful.

 I still owe the new couple a painted recipe box but it will probably take some time to get to it since I am just beginning to catch up on regular work now.  

The next thing to look forward to is the JB Wood Spring Festival on March 28.  It seems to be coming together nicely and should be an inspiring and fun day.    And of course, the next issue of TPR will be finished and mailed soon.  "Good Things" is the theme, be sure and get a copy.   Stay warm, dry and healthy.......   Tracy
